Manufactures, suppliers, or publishers, other than Megelin, may provide their own warranties. Note that warranty periods may vary by local laws. By using Megelin products, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Megelin Limited Warranty.

Limited Warranty Promise

1-YEAR FREE REPLACEMENT

For any product damage within the first year of purchase.

The warranty period starts from the date the original consumer receives the product. Purchases on Concierge.com are covered by the following terms:

Service After Warranty

If parts need replacement after the 1-year warranty period, an appropriate inspection fee and part cost will be charged based on the specific condition.

Conditions Not Covered

The following situations fall outside the scope of our free-of-charge warranty:

Failure to provide warranty card or proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
Warranty period has expired.
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation.
Damage from long-term storage in harsh environments.
Normal cosmetic wear and tear or natural staining from use.
